§3040. Insurance on furniture, owned jointly by husband and wife
Insurance effected by a husband or wife on a dwelling house owned by the insured and on the furniture therein is valid for all the furniture, although part is owned by the husband and part by the wife. [PL 1969, c. 132, §1 (NEW).]
