§7404. Rulemaking
The department shall adopt rules to implement the requirements of this chapter. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2‑A. [PL 2021, c. 398, Pt. AAAA, §1 (NEW).]
