§11305. Unlawful firearms for hunting bear
1.  Prohibition.  A person may not use a .17 or .22 caliber rimfire firearm or a shotgun using shot loads to hunt bear.

2.  Penalty.  A person who violates subsection 1 commits a Class E crime.
