76-12c08. Custody and disbursement of vocational rehabilitation federal funds and other moneys. The state treasurer is hereby designated custodian of all money received by the state from appropriations made by the congress of the United States for the vocational rehabilitation of persons disabled in industry or otherwise, and of all money received by the state board of social welfare from public or private sources for the purposes of this act, and is authorized to receive and provide for the proper custody of the same and to make disbursements therefrom upon warrants drawn by the director of accounts and reports.
