75-7307. Training requirement for investigation of complaints. No individual shall investigate any complaint filed with the office of the state long-term care ombudsman unless the individual has received the training required under subsection (f) of K.S.A. 75-7306, and amendments thereto, and has been designated by the state long-term care ombudsman as an ombudsman or a voluntary ombudsman qualified to investigate such complaints.
