72-2552. Professional development fund; use of money. There is hereby established in every school district a fund which shall be called the professional development fund, which fund shall consist of all moneys deposited therein or transferred thereto according to law. All moneys received by the school district from whatever source for professional development programs established under this act shall be credited to the fund established by this section. The expenses of a school district directly attributable to professional development programs shall be paid from the professional development fund.
