    65-4a12 Severability clause.

    65-4a12. Severability clause. The provisions of K.S.A. 65-4a01 through 65-4a12, and amendments thereto, are declared to be severable, and if any provision, or the application thereof, to any person shall be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of K.S.A. 65-4a01 through 65-4a12, and amendments thereto.
