65-2923. Dry needling; requirements to practice; rules and regulations. (a) The board shall adopt rules and regulations establishing minimum education and training requirements for the practice of dry needling by a licensed physical therapist, including a physical therapist licensed in a home state and practicing in this state under the physical therapy licensure compact.
(b) This section shall be a part of and supplemental to the physical therapy practice act.
