65-1774. Rules and regulations. The board shall prepare proposed rules and regulations the board deems necessary to carry out the provisions of K.S.A. 65-1769 through 65-1773, and amendments thereto, on or before January 1, 2011. The board shall adopt such rules and regulations to be effective on or after July 1, 2011.
