20-1a19. Severability of chapter 81 of the 2015 Session Laws of Kansas. The provisions of 2015 House Bill No. 2005, chapter 81 of the 2015 Session Laws of Kansas, are severable. If any provision of 2015 House Bill No. 2005, chapter 81 of the 2015 Session Laws of Kansas, is held to be invalid or unconstitutional, the legislature declares by this act that the remainder of 2015 House Bill No. 2005, chapter 81 of the 2015 Session Laws of Kansas, shall remain in force and effect without such invalid or unconstitutional provision.
