679B.16 Recommendations for appointees.
The judge shall, within ten days after application is made to the judge as provided, notify the parties to the dispute of the application for the appointment of a board of arbitration and conciliation, and shall request each party to recommend within ten days from the date of receipt of notice, the name of a person who has no direct interest in the dispute and is willing and ready to act as a member of the board.
