Section 15H.1A - Definitions.

15H.1A Definitions.
For purposes of this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. “Authority” means the economic development authority created in section 15.105.
2. “Commission” means the Iowa commission on volunteer service created in section 15H.2.
3. “Director” means the director of the authority.
