8-25-6-14. Bonds Payable From Tax Revenue Collected From County Local Taxpayers Who Reside in the Township That Opts In

Sec. 14. Bonds issued with respect to a public transportation project in the township must be paid from tax revenue collected from local taxpayers who reside in the township.
