Chapter 1. General Provisions
8-25-1-4. "Eligible County"

Sec. 4. "Eligible county" means one (1) or more of the following counties:
(1) Delaware County.
(2) Hamilton County.
(3) Hancock County.
(4) Hendricks County.
(5) Johnson County.
(6) Madison County.
(7) Marion County.
