Chapter 22.6. Pipeline Construction Guidelines
8-1-22.6-2. "Affected Landowner"

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "affected landowner" means an owner of an interest in property that:
(1) is located in Indiana; and
(2) meets one (1) or more of the conditions set forth in 18 CFR 157.6(d)(2).
