    Chapter 6.5. Tracking of Beer Kegs
    7.1-3-6.5-1. "Keg" Defined

    Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "keg" means a brewery sealed individual container of beer:
    (1) destined for retail sale; and
    (2) having a liquid capacity of at least seven and three-fourths (7 3/4) gallons.
