Chapter 3.3. Government Data
5-14-3.3-3. "Governmental Entity"

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "governmental entity" refers to any of the following:
(1) An executive state agency.
(2) A political subdivision.
(3) An agency of a political subdivision.
(4) A state educational institution.
