Sec. 10. The treasurer of state shall keep double entry records of warrants paid, receipts, cash on hand, and investments for which the treasurer of state is accountable by law in sufficient detail to fulfill the requirements of the law and the duty of the treasurer of state's office to safeguard the state treasury.
