Chapter 2. Definitions
4-33-2-19. "Trustee"

Sec. 19. "Trustee" means a person granted authority under IC 4-33-21 to conduct gambling operations on a riverboat for the mutual benefit of:
(1) the state; and
(2) the owner of the riverboat.
