Chapter 28. Commission on Hispanic/latino Affairs
4-23-28-8. Majority Vote Required

Sec. 8. For the commission to take action on any measure, including final reports, at least:
(1) eleven (11) members must be present at the meeting; and
(2) a majority of the members present at the meeting must vote in favor of the action.
