Sec. 10. (a) The department shall include in the annual report made under IC 4-13-1-27 an evaluation of the effectiveness of the state policies concerning the purchase of products made from recycled materials. The department may recommend revisions to the purchasing policies in the annual report.
(b) The information reported under subsection (a) must include the name of each agency that was late in providing or failed to provide the department with the information required for the department to comply with subsection (a).
