Indiana Code Chapter 9. Conversion or Misappropriation of Title Insurance Escrow Funds 35-43-9-1. "Party"
Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "party" means an individual who is:
(1) buying;
(2) selling; or
(3) refinancing;
a dwelling in a residential real property transaction.
