Chapter 2. Agreement Between Parties for a Special Jury and to Limit the Size of the Jury Panel
34-36-2-1. Demand; Calling From Regular Panel

Sec. 1. In a civil action where:
(1) the parties are entitled to a trial by jury; and
(2) either party demands a jury trial;
the sheriff shall call a jury from the regular panel, except as provided in this chapter.
