Chapter 9. Limited Liability Arising From Agritourism Activities
34-31-9-3.7. "Electronic Signature"

Sec. 3.7. "Electronic signature" means an electronic sound, symbol, or process:
(1) attached to or logically associated with an electronic record; and
(2) executed or adopted by a person;
with the intent to sign the electronic record.
