Chapter 31.5. Immunity Concerning Reservoir Conservancy District
34-30-31.5-2. "Utility Owner of the Reservoir Located Within the Boundaries of the Reservoir Conservancy District"

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "utility owner of the reservoir located within the boundaries of the reservoir conservancy district" has the meaning set forth in IC 14-33-24-5.
