Chapter 12. Circuit Court Clerk Administrative Fee
33-37-12-2. Retention of Administrative Fee

Sec. 2. If the amount collected by the clerk is more than the amount required, the clerk shall:
(1) retain the administrative fee described in section 3 of this chapter; and
(2) refund the excess amount.
