Chapter 55. Morgan County
33-33-55-4. Standard Superior Court

Sec. 4. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the Morgan superior court is a standard superior court as described in IC 33-29-1.
(b) Morgan County constitutes the judicial district of the court.
