Chapter 10.5. Abandoned or Derelict Aircraft
32-33-10.5-2. "Aircraft"

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "aircraft" means any contrivance used or designed for navigation of or flight in the air. The term does not include unmanned aircraft or ultralight aircraft.
