Chapter 11. Lis Pendens
32-30-11-4. Notice Filing

Sec. 4. The clerk shall:
(1) record a notice filed under section 2 or 3 of this chapter in the lis pendens record; and
(2) note upon the record the day and hour when the notice was filed and recorded.
