Chapter 2. Definitions
31-21-2-15. "Petitioner"

Sec. 15. "Petitioner" means a person who seeks enforcement of:
(1) an order for return of a child under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction; or
(2) a child custody determination.
