Chapter 18. Establishment of Adoption History Program Administered by State Registrar; Adoption History Fund
31-19-18-5. Rules; Forms

Sec. 5. The state registrar:
(1) may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2; and
(2) shall prescribe forms necessary;
to implement this chapter, IC 31-19-12-5, and IC 31-19-19 through IC 31-19-25.5.
