Chapter 14. Indiana Bank Holding Companies
28-2-14-1. Acquire

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "acquire" means directly or indirectly:
(1) to merge or consolidate with;
(2) to assume control of; or
(3) to purchase all or substantially all of the assets of.
