28-11-4-1. Application of Ic 4-21.5

Sec. 1. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), IC 4-21.5 does not apply to a proceeding under this chapter.
(b) IC 4-21.5-5 applies to judicial review of a final order of the department under this chapter.
