Sec. 7.3. As used in this chapter, "issuer" includes:
(1) an insurance company;
(2) a fraternal benefit society;
(3) a health care service plan;
(4) a health maintenance organization; and
(5) any other entity;
that delivers a Medicare supplement policy or certificate in Indiana or issues a Medicare supplement policy or certificate for delivery in Indiana.
