Chapter 1. Definitions
27-10-1-4. "Bail Agent"

Sec. 4. "Bail agent" means a person who has been:
(1) approved by the commissioner; and
(2) appointed by an insurer by power of attorney;
to execute or countersign bail bonds for the insurer in connection with judicial proceedings for which the person receives a premium.
