Chapter 1.1. Application of Article
25-8-1.1-2. Exemption From Regulation for the Application of Eyelash Extensions

Sec. 2. (a) As used in this section, "eyelash extensions" means strands of silk, mink, or another synthetic or natural material that are applied one (1) at a time and fixed to an individual's natural eyelashes.
(b) The application of eyelash extensions as described in subsection (a) is exempt from regulation under this article.
