Chapter 3. Certified Direct Entry Midwifery Certificates
25-23.4-3-7. Penalty

Sec. 7. (a) This section does not apply to an individual who has a license under IC 25-23-1-13.1 to practice midwifery as a certified nurse midwife.
(b) After July 1, 2018, an individual who knowingly or intentionally practices midwifery without a certificate required under this article commits a Level 6 felony (for a crime committed after June 30, 2014).
