Chapter 9.8. Practitioner Good Faith Estimates
25-1-9.8-8.5. "Price"

Sec. 8.5. As used in this chapter, "price" means the negotiated rate between the:
(1) provider facility and practitioner; and
(2) covered individual's primary health carrier.
