24-4.7-4-6. Compliance With Other Applicable Laws

Sec. 6. A telephone solicitor, a supplier, or a caller must also comply with all other applicable laws, including the following, if applicable:
(1) IC 24-5-12.
(2) IC 24-5-14.
(3) IC 24-5-14.5.
