Chapter 10. Violations
24-14-10-1. Deceptive Acts

Sec. 1. A person who violates this article commits a deceptive act that is:
(1) actionable under IC 24-5-0.5; and
(2) subject to the remedies and penalties set forth in IC 24-5-0.5.
