Sec. 3. "Architectural or engineering professional" means an individual who is registered as:
(1) an architect under IC 25-4-1;
(2) a landscape architect under IC 25-4-2;
(3) a professional engineer under IC 25-31-1; or
(4) a professional surveyor under IC 25-21.5.
