Chapter 71. Union Chapel Cemetery Association
23-14-71-2. Holding of Title to Real Estate

Sec. 2. The Union Chapel Cemetery Association holds title to the real estate of the Union Chapel Cemetery in Washington Township, Marion County, Indiana, for the uses and purposes of a public cemetery.
