Chapter 1. General Provisions
23-0.5-1-5. Rules and Procedures

Sec. 5. The secretary of state may:
(1) adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to administer this article; and
(2) prescribe procedures that are reasonably necessary to perform the duties required of the secretary of state under this article.
