Chapter 22. Administration of Intergovernmental Cooperation
22-4-22-5. Investigations; Reports

Sec. 5. In order that the administration of this article and the unemployment insurance laws of other states or jurisdictions or of the United States of America will be promoted by cooperation between this state and such other states or jurisdictions or the appropriate agencies of the United States in exchanging services and making available facilities and information, the department is authorized to make such investigations, secure and transmit such information, make available such services and facilities, and exercise such of the other powers provided in this article with respect to the administration of this article as deemed necessary or appropriate to facilitate the administration of any unemployment insurance law and in like manner to accept and utilize information, services, and facilities made available to this state by the agency or jurisdiction charged with the administration of any such other unemployment insurance law.
