    20-35-4-1.5. Duty to Educate a Student With a Disability

    Sec. 1.5. (a) A school corporation or charter school has a duty to educate a student with a disability. However, the duty does not abrogate the right of a parent to act under IC 20-33-2-8.
    (b) The state board shall adopt rules governing special education that comply with federal law.
