Chapter 9. Student and Parent Support Services Grant Program
20-34-9-4. Eligibility for a Grant

Sec. 4. Beginning after June 30, 2020, and subject to available funding, a school corporation, a charter school, and a state accredited nonpublic school are eligible for a grant under this chapter if the school corporation, charter school, or state accredited nonpublic school meets the requirements of this chapter.
