Chapter 19. Temporary Exception to Residency Requirements
20-26-19-1. "Active Duty"

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "active duty" means full-time service in:
(1) the armed forces of the United States; or
(2) the national guard;
for a period that exceeds thirty (30) consecutive days in a calendar year.
