Chapter 12. Election of Advisory Board Members for Gary Public School Corporation; Emergency Manager Serves as Governing Body
20-23-12-9. Schedule of Elections

Sec. 9. The members are elected as follows:
(1) Three (3) of the members elected under section 3(b) of this chapter are elected at the general election to be held in 2020 and every four (4) years thereafter.
(2) Three (3) of the members elected under section 3(b) of this chapter are elected at the general election to be held in 2022 and every four (4) years thereafter.
(3) The at-large member elected under section 3(c) of this chapter is elected at the general election to be held in 2024 and every four (4) years thereafter.
