Sec. 6. Subject to:
(1) a student's:
(A) individualized education program;
(B) service plan developed under 511 IAC 7-34; or
(C) choice scholarship education plan developed under 511 IAC 7-49; and
(2) the school's admissions criteria adopted by the board under IC 20-21-3-10(a)(4);
the executive shall receive as a student in the school an Indiana resident who is a school age individual with a visual disability.
