2-2.2-1-5. "Ethics Committee"

Sec. 5. "Ethics committee" refers to either of the following:
(1) The house legislative ethics committee established by IC 2-2.2-3-1(a).
(2) The senate legislative ethics committee established by IC 2-2.2-3-1(b).
